Culture and Religion: Indicators of growth in 5 Baha’i Communities
- Survey with combined quantitative and qualitative measures was administered to members of five Baha’i communities in Canada, South Africa, Haiti, Switzerland and Japan.

Growing Together: Retaining a Diverse Workforce in Northern Alberta (NAARR)
- Focused interview research with 15 stakeholders in Business and Industry, Agencies, School-to-work programs, Town/City employment offices and Chambers of Commerce to determine multiple perspectives on retention of a diverse workforce in Northern Alberta.
- Report and DVD produced by the Northern Alberta Alliance on Race Relations (NAARR) with Funders: Alberta Human Rights, Citizenship and Multiculturalism Education Fund, Alberta Employment, Immigration and Industry and Alberta Union of Provincial Employees.
Cultural Crossroads Initiative Project, Northern Alberta Alliance on Race Relations (NGO)
- Applied research findings from previous projects, Moving Beyond and Equity in Edmonton Schools to development of Cultural Crossroads project via creation of ethnically diverse facilitator team, and bilingual (French/English) training models/materials for culturally responsive practice based on meta-analysis of best practice in North America
- Applied research findings of above previous projects to development of resource reviewer/compiler team. Established review criteria, training of review team and compiled, arranged for design, printing and distribution of catalogue of diversity resources for K-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 and teacher resources (catalogue can be viewed on NAARR website)

Characteristics of peace promoting men from 12 countries
- Conducted life-story interviews with 12 men from 12 countries to identify characteristics of peace promoting men, for the purpose of informing teaching practice of boys
- Presented findings at three academic conferences including Conference of the Chief Justices of the World at City Montessori School Conference Centre, Lucknow, India, December, 2005, unpublished paper
How do junior high students make values decisions through process drama?
- Arranged for informed consent from school district, junior high school and 25 vulnerable population research participants for research project
- Disseminated research findings via two dramatic performances, one presentation to the school, and one academic presentation, publication in International Journal of Education and the Arts, 2007.
